About Youth Ministry
Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word ~ Psalm 119:9

Message of the Hour Assemblies - Thika Road pays special attention to the youth, with the intention of building them up to become strong servants in the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ. At a time when there is so much external influence from the immorality in the world, it has become crucial for young men and women to stand up for their faith and serve the Lord while they still have the energy.
Young and energetic men and women of unshakable faith and high reputation championed by the youth patron represent and engage the youth in this ministry as their leaders, in close association with the pastor.
Several interactive meetings and conferences are also held in order to encourage the youth to continue pursuing their dreams, and to offer guidance and answer questions that often arise among them most notably being, youths as christians and career guidance spearheaded by the pastor.
As a church, we intend to inculcate the belief that being a Christian at one’s prime age is not boring nor youth gone to waste, but rather the wisest decision that any young man or woman can make in the course of their life.
The youth are the future of tomorrow, and that is why the church through the pastor is working hard to groom them today. They are also a critical component in the church's music ministry. Many young men and women participate in the church choir through singing, playing of instruments, and in training others to become good in music. It is no wonder that the church has seen tremendous growth in many sectors spelling for music, IT, and the design of the church among others.
The youth are encouraged to spend their time together through various fun activities such as;
- Hikes,
- Singing and Music concerts,
- Bible and message trivias,
- Outings,
- Group challenges,
- Games and social work just to mention a few.
